Now that I live in Finland I was not able to drop in on the Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco. Here’s how I’ve been keeping up with the goings on:
- Selected talks on YouTube. They have a channel so you can watch all the videos back-to-back.
- Following the #w2e hashtag on twitter.
- Coverage on ReadWriteWeb via event-specific tag. and on TechCrunch with a date-sorted text search.
- date-specific flickr search for photos

Ian, what is the deal with Nokia's Ovi store?

Is the criticism fair? What is going on with Nokia's customer service? Why are Nokia's services so difficult to use? (It's not just Ovi. I've had a baffling experience with Nokia's music store.) I'm a Nokia fan, but I'm disappointed. This should be a red alert moment at Nokia.
I forgot to say… Thank you for listening to my concerns.
This video is getting a lot of views at Nokia. We can do better, we know it and we will.
If you have specific feedback for either Ovi Store or Music, here's where to go.
