  • BloggerCon II

I’m in Boston at BloggerCon II. This is following a week vacation in Cancun. The cycle of travel has picked up quite a bit as we’re then off to Tennessee to visit Uncle David and Grandmother. I still need to post pictures from the Cancun trip and share some of the comments – Tyler’s happy […]

  • Sister

Was out in San Francisco to visit my younger sister and her boyfriend Dav. Here we are enjoying a beautiful day out at the Marina. More photos from the trip can be found here.

  • NYC

Went into NYC yesterday to check out the Search Engine Strategies show at the Hilton. The show was a little over the top, kind of like the ad sales posse of Madison Ave. had discovered a new channel and wanted to show how hip they were. Tried in vain to find someone who could tell […]

  • Rockettes

We went into Manhattan for Christmas Day, waking up early to open presents and then jumping into the Odyssey (dubbed “Flash” by Tyler) for the drive. It was the first time for me to drive in the city and it was a lot easier than I thought. Yeah, it was Christmas and the streets were […]

    Jamie and Heather get married

One of my high school friends was getting married on a farm in Vermont. It was a mini-reunion of sorts. The weather was spectacular, blue skies, great friends new & old, good grub and drink, and a funky local band set the stage for a perfect afternoon. The kids had a blast.

  • Hot Tub

  • Jet Set

So we’re finally back to normal after a whirlwind of travel that took us to Hawaii and Vermont over the course of a week and a half. Here are the kids getting ready for their week in the sun.

  • Luau > Vermont

We just got back from a week and a half holiday that took us to Hawaii (where we whooped it up at the Royal Luau with Great-Grandmother Takei) and Corinth, Vermont where we danced under the stars in celebration of Jamie and Heather’s wedding. Jamie Kidder is my old high-school roommate.

  • Amtrak

I’m writing this on the train ride from hell on the way home from a three day trip to Boston. I thought I’d be clever and take Amtrak because their high speed Acela trains have electric outlets so while viewing the New England coastline slip by I could catch up on my email backlog. Little […]
